The early bird discount will be available until 31 March 2026.<\/p>

Participation fees for the attendance in Berlin<\/strong><\/h3>

Participation fee for members<\/strong>:
140 \u20ac for registration and payment by 31.03.2026, for later registrations 170 \u20ac. (for members of the associations BIB, VDB, ALA, Bibliosuisse, BV\u00d6, BVS, V\u00d6B)<\/p>

Only personal members of Bibliosuisse, BVS and BV\u00d6 receive a member discount, not employees of a library that is in turn a member of an umbrella organisation. To verify your membership, please enter your membership number in the online registration form. <\/p>

Participation fee for non-members<\/strong>:
285 \u20ac if registered and paid by 31.03.2026, for later registrations 325 \u20ac. Benefit from the reduced membership fee already in 2025 and become a member before registering! You will find the information below. <\/p>

Participation fee for reduced participants**:
75 \u20ac for registration and payment by 31.03.2026, for later registrations 85 \u20ac. Trainees, students (also of part-time courses of study), participants in professional training courses, trainee lawyers, job-seekers and pensioners are eligible for a reduced fee. **A certificate valid at the time of registration and for the duration of the event must be submitted with the registration.<\/p>

Day Tickets<\/strong> will also be available: Day ticket for members: 95 \u20ac for registration and payment until 31.03.2026, afterwards 110 \u20ac. Day ticket for non-members: 160 \u20ac if registered and paid for by 31.03.2026, 175 \u20ac thereafter. Day ticket for reduced participants**: 45 \u20ac for registration and payment until 31.03.2026, afterwards 50 \u20ac.<\/p>

**A certificate for the reduced fee \u2013 valid at the time of registration and for the duration of the event \u2013 must be submitted with the registration.<\/p>

There is no ticket for the public transport included in the registration fees.<\/p>

Participation fees for purely virtual streaming participation<\/strong><\/h3>

Streaming will take place from three lecture rooms. You can follow the streams and post comments and questions live to the session moderator. The streams will also be available as recordings from the next day until the end of the year. The recordings are generally only available to registered participants. The following reduced fees apply for exclusive participation in this streaming: <\/p>

Participation fee for members: 90 \u20ac
Participation fee for non-members: 180 \u20ac
Participation fee for reduced participants**: 50 \u20ac<\/p>

Streaming is included for all participants in the face-to-face event.<\/p>

Participation fees for speakers<\/strong><\/h3>

All speaker have to register themselves, this will not be done automatically. The participation regulations for speakers and session chairs can be found in the Call for Papers<\/a> broken down by event type.

In summary: Speaker of individual presentations as well as organiser of Hands-on Labs or panel discussions will receive free admission (one person). Please choose \u2018speaker\u2019 as participation type in the online registrationform. Name Badge<\/strong><\/h5>

All participants who have registered by May 15 and paid the registration fee in full will receive a booking confirmation with a personal QR code by email in the week before the conference. Please be sure to bring this confirmation with you to BiblioCon so that you can print out your own name badge at the self-service printing stations in the registration area (in the rotunda) at the Estrel Berlin. All other participants will receive their documents at the registration desk. <\/p>

The name badge should be worn in a clearly visible position at all times.<\/p>

If the name tag is lost, a fee of \u20ac15 will be charged for a replacement name badge.<\/p>

After the conference, all participants will receive a certificate of attendance in PDF format as an email attachment. There will be no printed copies available on site. <\/p><\/div><\/div>
