The registration for the 114.BiblioCon2026 is now open.

The early bird discount will be available until 31 March 2026.

From 1 April 2026, registration will still be possible at the standard fee.

Participation fees for the attendance in Berlin

Participation fee for members:
140 € for registration and payment by 31.03.2026, for later registrations 170 €.

(for members of the associations BIB, VDB, ALA, Bibliosuisse, BVÖ, BVS, VÖB)

Only personal members of Bibliosuisse, BVS and BVÖ receive a member discount, not employees of a library that is in turn a member of an umbrella organisation. To verify your membership, please enter your membership number in the online registration form.

Participation fee for non-members:
285 € if registered and paid by 31.03.2026, for later registrations 325 €.
Benefit from the reduced membership fee already in 2025 and become a member before registering! You will find the information below.

Participation fee for reduced participants**:
75 € for registration and payment by 31.03.2026, for later registrations 85 €.
Trainees, students (also of part-time courses of study), participants in professional training courses, trainee lawyers, job-seekers and pensioners are eligible for a reduced fee.
**A certificate valid at the time of registration and for the duration of the event must be submitted with the registration.

Day Tickets will also be available:
Day ticket for members: 95 € for registration and payment until 31.03.2026, afterwards 110 €.
Day ticket for non-members: 160 € if registered and paid for by 31.03.2026, 175 € thereafter.
Day ticket for reduced participants**: 45 € for registration and payment until 31.03.2026, afterwards 50 €.

**A certificate for the reduced fee – valid at the time of registration and for the duration of the event – must be submitted with the registration.

There is no ticket for the public transport included in the registration fees.

Participation fees for purely virtual streaming participation

Streaming will take place from three lecture rooms. You can follow the streams and post comments and questions live to the session moderator.
The streams will also be available as recordings from the next day until the end of the year. The recordings are generally only available to registered participants.
The following reduced fees apply for exclusive participation in this streaming:

Participation fee for members: 90 €
Participation fee for non-members: 180 €
Participation fee for reduced participants**: 50 €.

**A certificate for the reduced fee – valid at the time of registration and for the duration of the event – must be submitted with the registration.

Streaming is included for all participants in the face-to-face event.

Participation fees for speakers

All speaker have to register themselves, this will not be done automatically.
The participation regulations for speakers and session chairs can be found in the Call for Papers broken down by event type.

In summary:
Speaker of individual presentations as well as organiser of Hands-on Labs or panel discussions will receive free admission (one person).
Please choose ‘speaker’ as participation type in the online registrationform.
Working sessions company presentations and sessions at #Freiraum26 are exempt from a free registration.

Name Badge

All participants who have registered by 15 May and paid the registration fee in full will receive a booking confirmation with a personal QR code by email in the week before the conference. This confirmation must be brought to BiblioCon in order to print out your name badge at the self-service printing stations in the registration area (in the rotunda) at the Estrel Berlin. All other participants will receive their documents at the registration desk.

Name badges should be worn in a clearly visible position at all times.

If a name badge is lost, a fee of €15 will be charged for a replacement.

The participation fee does not include a public transport ticket.

Certificate of Attendance

After the conference, all participants will receive a certificate of attendance in PDF format as an email attachment. There will be no printed copies available on site.
